SmarterProcessing provides experienced human resources to overburdened accounting firms, helping them manage their critical transaction processing, accounting and auditing tasks.
With growth goals on the horizon, they were seeking new ways to attract and retain clients and top talent. With negative perceptions in their industry, SmarterProcessing needed their brand to visually demonstrate their trustworthiness and quality. There was also a desire to streamline client communications and simplify the sales and marketing process.
We began by getting to know the brand and their ideal clients in our signature workshop, discussing how they wanted to be positioned in the market and uncovering key messages and ideas. We then explored visual opportunities to revitalise the look and feel, from the logo to fonts, colour palettes and supporting graphics. These were chosen and created with consideration of competitor brands, desired the brand's desired positioning and personality and team preferences.
We built out a public facing one-page website for SmarterProcessing, supporting them with copyediting and integrating Calendly for easy, fast appointment bookings. We then produced an interactive, online capability statement to support their sales process, allowing them to password protect this website and share it only with select clients. By moving this document online, updates are easy and it's easy to share a link with those who need it. Clients are also impressed by a quality resource that is enaging and interactive, compared to a typical PDF document. SmarterProcessing now has consistent, modern visuals to apply across their marketing, in addition to sales and marketing resources to support their growth.

Advanced Interactions
Interactions consist of two things. A trigger (clicking, scrolling, hovering, moving the mouse, loading the page) and an animation (what happens following that trigger).
Basic interactions include hover interactions on buttons and text links. When hovered, a one-step animation is triggered. For example, when hovering over a button, the background colour changes.
Advanced interactions add more engagement and interest, they include multi-step hovers, and any clicking, scrolling, moving or loading triggers.
